Yellow Jacket Ranch in Idaho • Vacation and Resort

The Yellow Jacket Ranch is a beautiful wilderness ranch facility within a very exclusive location. The privately owned property is one half-mile square surrounded by two million acres of public forest. It is in the heart of one of the last really remote private vacation areas left in the Idaho Back Country. Located in the Salmon River Drainage near The South Fork of the river, it is designed to accommodate families or small groups.

The main lodge sleeps six comfortably in private rooms or more than six, dormitory style. The guest cabin sleeps seven dormitory style. Arrangements can be made to house families or groups in exclusive quarters. Access is by small plane to our private airstrip, or a short trip from road’s end by horse and pack string, or two-wheel drive cycle.
