The Directors of Cadwalder Behavioral Clinics have been providing treatment for compulsive and behavioral disorders for juveniles and adults for more than twenty-five years. Since 1978, they have designed and implemented highly successful programs in various settings in the Houston area and have developed wellness and treatment programming in the industry among Fortune 500 companies and others across the nation.

Doctor Kathy Cadwalder, Co-Founder and partner with the late Doctor Roger Cadwalder for twenty-five years, taught at the high school level until earning her doctorate in Public Health at The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas. Also, Dr. Kathy is a trained certified social worker (LCSW) and holds other various certificates. Doctor Kathy developed and directed the Idaho Youth Ranch's family preservation program. It was designed to help families referred from Human Services and throughout the court system.

Nathan Ingram, MA, Co-Owner/CEO of CBC has many years experience helping families in trouble. He has served as a prison counselor, juvenile probation officer, Child Protective Services counselor, and as coordinator for a county wide alliance against drugs before joining the Cadwalders in 1990. Mr. Ingram served as director of the Cadwalder's School for training certified alcohol and drug abuse counselors for several years.

Lawrence Story,COO and Administrator has managed or developed behavioral healthcare facilities for the past 25 years. He has successfully managed hospitals for Charter Medical Corp., Community Psychiatric Centers, The Brown Schools, Children's Comprehensive Services, Vendall Healthcare, and consulted for a number of other operations. Mr. Story is a Licensed masters Social Worker in health administration and is also trained as a Health and Fitness professional.

Jerry Laird, Spiritual Advisor, CFO provides a wealth of experiences in two very important areas within the organization (spiritual leadership and finance). He has been a successful minister for many years in the community and continues to provide counseling to those in recovery. Jerry's honest approach and business acumen fosters an atmosphere of high ethics and integrity.
